Replacement for Block 3 - this time in colours that don't scream
I’m finally there. Have all 12 blocks done for the Moose Quilts Jelly Roll sampler quilt along.
I finally bit the bullet and replaced block 1 and decided to trash block 9 and replace it with a friendship star block from About.com:Quilting, a site I seem to keep coming back to time and time again. Block 9 was a compromise to try and make the original block 3 look less like an orphan but I was never really happy with the result.

I’m very happy with block 7. Now I’m looking forward to getting the sashing done and paying another visit to the long arm quilter.
